Products
My Vintage Lounge specialises in carefully selected vintage furniture, lighting and decorative objects.
Every item offered for sale is unique. Unless otherwise stated, all items are authentic vintage pieces and may therefore display signs of age, use and natural wear consistent with their history.
Small imperfections, colour variations, patina and other traces of previous use form part of the character of authentic vintage furniture and should not be considered defects.
Product descriptions and photographs are prepared with great care to provide the most accurate representation possible. However, slight differences in colour may occur due to individual screen settings and lighting conditions.
Condition of Vintage Items
Every vintage item has its own history and character.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs and read the complete product description before requesting a purchase.
Additional photographs, measurements or information are available upon request.
By purchasing a vintage item, the customer acknowledges and accepts the normal signs of age, use and patina that are consistent with its authenticity and history.
Prices
All prices are displayed in Euro (€).
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and any other applicable charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Confirmed orders remain subject to the agreed price.
Enquiries and Orders
The website serves as an online catalogue of available items.
Products cannot be purchased or paid for directly through the website.
Customers who would like additional information, request a shipping quotation or purchase an item are invited to contact My Vintage Lounge by e-mail or through the contact form on the website.
Before an order is confirmed, the customer will receive:
- confirmation that the item is still available;
- a personalised shipping quotation where applicable;
- confirmation of the total amount due;
- payment instructions.
An order becomes binding after the customer has accepted the offer and My Vintage Lounge has confirmed the order.
Because every item is unique, availability cannot be guaranteed until the order has been confirmed.
My Vintage Lounge reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, duplicate enquiries, suspected fraud or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment
Payments are accepted by bank transfer only.
The customer will receive the payment details after the order has been confirmed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received before an item is shipped or collected.
Items may remain available to other interested buyers until the order has been confirmed. Once confirmed, an item may be reserved for the customer for the period stated in the order confirmation or invoice.
If payment is not received within the agreed period, My Vintage Lounge reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the item for sale again without prior notice.
Shipping
Shipping is carried out in accordance with the Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed.
My Vintage Lounge cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the purchased item transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Customers are advised to read this policy carefully before requesting a purchase.
Warranty
All items sold by My Vintage Lounge are authentic vintage pieces unless otherwise stated.
Due to their age, vintage items naturally show signs of previous use.
No commercial warranty is provided beyond the accurate description and photographs of the item.
If an item is damaged during transport, the customer must notify My Vintage Lounge within the deadlines stated in the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, product descriptions, texts, logos and other content published on this website remain the intellectual property of My Vintage Lounge unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
Privacy
The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, My Vintage Lounge cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions.
